Rimowa Repair Story

A suitcase is never just a suitcase.

The stickers on a RIMOWA tell a story. Every one of them a place, a moment, a journey that left its mark. When that suitcase needs repair, RIMOWA does not replace it. Their specialists restore it, memories and all, and send it back to its owner.

This film follows that process. Produced in Munich in collaboration with London-based agency Anomaly, with urbanuncut serving as the local service production partner on location.

(This production was created under Urbanuncut GmbH, where I served as Head of Production and Executive Producer.)
